I know it all too well. I’ve been there. I’ve lost count of how many things I set out to do and didn’t do, or left half done, or accomplished with such effort that it cost me health problems on occasion.
Mental Exercise That Gives You Mental Freedom

So that you can check it in your own “flesh”, do this:
1.- You will repeat a short phrase for a whole day. Only 1 day. I only ask you 24 hours (or less if we discount the time you sleep).
2.- For this you will have to record an audio in your cell phone with the phrase:
I CAN AND I DO IT
3.- The recording must be made in such a way that, when you record it, you leave 5 seconds of silence, and then you record again that expression and then you leave another 5 seconds of space and then you record again that phrase and so on until the audio lasts from 2 to 3 minutes.
4.- Once you have recorded it, you must set this audio as an alarm. To achieve this, set the alarm every hour. And within that alarm, as a tone of voice, you will have recorded this phrase that I gave you.
3.- When the alarm goes off, for a few minutes, repeat slowly at the same time you hear it, as if it were a karaoke, the following expression that you will hear in your mobile with your voice:
I CAN AND I DO
4.- Repeat it leaving a short space of time so that it “rumbles” in your brain and expands through your body… Observe and pay attention to how this “wave” or energy “expands” through your body… Let it germinate, let it plant itself there little by little in your brain… Repeat it several times, silently and if you can, depending on where you are, sometimes out loud. Success lies in repetition.
5.- Go on with your tasks, forget about them, until your alarm goes off again in 1 hour. And so on throughout the day.
6.- It’s not just a phrase, it’s much more than that. It is a conscious installation that you are doing to your brain scientifically. It is said scientifically because you are doing it premeditatedly, consciously, and persistently to create a new neural network or strengthen the one you already have.
Now, it is when you will come up with the excuses that you can’t do it because…. if work, if the kids, if ….
I know, it used to happen to me too…. I have experienced all the possible excuses, and I have validated them, I have convinced myself and I have not done it. Until the day came when I felt so much “pain” from seeing that I did not change my life, that I had to do it “obligatorily” because the pain was unbearable.
So, yes, I know all your excuses. And if you don’t want to make the same mistake of wasting so much time, do it now.
