It&#8217;s that simple and that easy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What&#8217;s more, I&#8217;m telling you that you have a mind riddled with negative thoughts about those things you can&#8217;t achieve or about other people who don&#8217;t do what you want them to do. You can have the most wonderful life you want, but your head will be filled with negative thoughts in that area that resists you. Tell me&#8230; how did you respond, did you allow yourself to fall into self-pity and self-destruction? I see it in many people, I sense it in the excuses they make up, in the tendency to let themselves get sucked into harmful thoughts that only make their day or their achievement worse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Instead of falling into that negative cycle, why not make a plan, a plan that will lead you straight to your goals? Execute it without hesitation, without internal negotiations that hold you back. Allow yourself to soar in all aspects of your life. Abandon the victim mentality, that attitude that only limits your growth. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>how can you not see problems (that you put in your mind) as opportunities for growth? Challenges are gifts in disguise, opportunities to demonstrate your strength and resilience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Don&#8217;t seek to be the spoiled brat who never faced adversity or to take out your frustration on objects or people. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>where is the respect for yourself in that attitude? The first step in getting other people to respect you is to value yourself. Self-validation is fundamental to your personal and professional growth. Let go of excuses, complaints and defeatist thoughts. Even a minor argument with a loved one can have a lasting impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When we hurt other people with our words or actions, we are causing internal (and external) harm. In that energy exchange, the price to pay is <b>time<\/b>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>The Weight of Time<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Imagine that you are holding on to a negative event, unable to escape its influence. You find yourself trapped in a mental loop, reliving that interaction over and over again. When you were in the prison of your own emotions, do you remember how you felt when you had to deal with an unpleasant situation?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, in a phone call or a social network, if something bothered you, you might respond with a hurtful word. However, that negativity stays with you until the next day. You&#8217;ve locked yourself in that bad vibe, eagerly awaiting the opportunity to free yourself when the cells of your mind open the next day (or the next week or the next month).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remember, every negative act has a cost. Time wasted in the spiral of negativity is a tribute we must pay. Instead of reacting automatically, we can make conscious decisions based on our values and long-term goals.
