This journey has now come to an end, as I have come to understand that these mental states are labels to define a low body or mood energy, produced by harmful recurring thoughts created by your imagination. In reality, they are signals that our being uses to push us to <strong>evolve<\/strong>. And, I have found a way to consciously reverse it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why is it difficult (for you) to get out of the habit of depression?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Many people, including myself at one time, don&#8217;t know how to change these states. Resorting to external solutions or medication, they seek temporary relief. While going to a mental health specialist is positive, the real problem is that you don&#8217;t empower yourself. I was intrigued that there was no common denominator and, more importantly, that I had no control over these energies. However, I realized that they are not weaknesses, but <strong>alarms<\/strong> that indicate that your mental life must change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The more you resist growing, the greater the pain, until that resistance becomes a habit. It is easier to remain in discomfort than to use that negative energy and transform it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dependence on external solutions: therapy and medication<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For many people, the <strong>habit of depression<\/strong> and <strong>anxiety<\/strong> is combated with years of psychological therapy or medication. There are also people who rely on sports to regulate their emotional state, but if they suffer an injury, they fall into deep anxiety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While these tools allow you to function day to day, they create dependency and do not give you true control of your emotions.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mentalent.pro\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/napkin-selection-1-3-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-847\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Redefining Your Relationship to Depression and Anxiety<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Exploring the true nature of these mental states invites you to redefine your relationship with them. Instead of seeing them as limitations, you perceive them as reminders to solve your inner problems and grow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mental Techniques to Combat Anxiety and Depression<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Whenever anxiety overwhelms you, you can employ <strong>mental techniques<\/strong> to generate positive energy. Recognizing that energy and using it to your advantage is critical. Your destiny, and your obligation, is to move, get up and get into a state of flow that allows you to move forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With mental training, you can decide what emotion you want to feel and when, and of course, nip unwanted states of mind in the bud. It&#8217;s not about eliminating negative emotions, but about learning to manage them in any situation, maintaining a productive energy that leads you to action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Increased anxiety hinders emotional management and progress.<\/h3>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mentalent.pro\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/napkin-selection-4-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-848\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mental training: true control of your mind<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>True control does not come from external solutions. It&#8217;s getting into a state of flow, where you don&#8217;t need pills or external solutions to feel good. In moments of deep crisis, this is when you take control of your mind, harnessing its healing power.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Feeling that you have power over your emotions, dominating your mind to respond to what you want, is priceless.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eliminate Bad Thinking Habits From Within<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>With <strong>mental training<\/strong>, with concrete techniques, easy and suitable for all types of people, you overcome the labels of society and discover a new way of living, in which you have control of your emotional states.
